Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I have to be a Christian to receive services?
No. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, faiths, and walks of life. While our foundation is Christian, we tailor therapy to each client’s comfort level and personal beliefs.
2. How is Christian counseling different from regular therapy?
Christian counseling integrates faith, prayer, and Biblical principles (when welcomed by the client) with evidence-based clinical methods. We aim to address emotional, relational, and spiritual health for holistic healing.
3. Will my therapist pray with me or use Scripture in sessions?
Only if you desire. We follow your lead—some clients appreciate prayer and scripture, while others prefer a clinical focus. We’re here to serve, not impose.
4. What kinds of issues do you treat?
We help with:
Anxiety and depression
Grief and loss
Trauma and PTSD
Marital and relationship issues
Addiction recovery
Identity and self-worth
Spiritual struggles
5. How long will I be in therapy?
It depends on your needs and goals. Some clients come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue; others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll regularly review your progress and adjust as needed.
6. Can I bring up my faith and spiritual struggles in therapy?
Yes—your faith journey is welcome here. Whether you have doubts, questions, or deep convictions, we offer a safe space to explore spiritual issues without judgment.
7. Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. We strictly follow HIPAA and professional ethics to keep your information private—unless there is a legal exception (e.g., risk of harm).

All our therapists are qualified, supervised when needed, and deeply committed to client care.
11. Can I switch therapists if it’s not the right fit?
